The greatest performers know that a key to their success is seeking and accepting feedback. Take the time. Feedback is the breakfast of champions. The best in the world actively hunt for it. They ASK for critique. They PAY for coaching. They WANT to know what they’re missing. Mediocre performers avoid feedback because they’re scared of what they’ll hear.
This is tornado, hurricane, wildfire, and unfortunately, random-breaking-news season.  The question isn’t if something major will happen in your market.  The question is: Will your station be ready when it does?

Most personalities are terrible at telling stories. They have good stories. They have plenty. But they tell them like a police report. Chronological. Detailed. Accurate. And completely forgettable.
