Teasing and promoting ahead aren’t just “nice to haves” …they’re the science of survival in today’s distracted world.  Tease before every stopset.     Promote the benefit, not the break.  Make every tease a mini ad for your show. Keep one eye on the next big moment and sell it creatively.

Your day will be much better by helping someone else. Make it a point to help a colleague solve a problem. It will come back to you many times over.

How long do you need? All content should be as short as it can be, but no shorter. As long as it needs to be, but no longer. The key is to avoid wasting the audience’s time. There’s no magic number. Some stories need 30 seconds. Some need 4 minutes.
