Job Summary
The Promotions Outreach Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Sr Manger of Promotions in planning and coordinating events, contributing and/or executing promotions and events that engage the Hope Media Group communities. This includes setup, engagement, and tear down of events, promotions, and activities to interact with, encourage, and build the Hope Media Group audience. Must have dynamic, friendly personality and enjoy connecting with a variety of people in large public settings.
Essential Functions
Promotions Planning:
Assist in building, creating, and implementing events to engage the Hope Media Group brand communities
Maintain community partnerships that are aligned with HMG’s mission and vision.
Coordinate with team to assist in design and implementation of internal/external events and activations, tailored to each event, that draw the public to interact with Hope Media Group
Maintain event reporting system for all executed Hope Media Group events
Maintain cleanliness and organization of promotions closet, garage, storage unit, and station vehicles.
Maintain organization and inventory of promotional items.
Oversee prize fulfillment and winner database for all giveaways.
Work with other departments as needed to assist with launching promotions.
Promotions Execution:
Train promotion techs in running Hope Media Group station events.
Schedule promotion techs for events and ensure they have all necessary instruction, packing lists, and prize bins.
Supervise and train promotions staff and volunteers while onsite at Hope Media Group events.
Create a welcoming environment for relationships and prayer to all Hope Media Group communities while onsite
In coordination with the team, execute all events from planning to completion.
Facilitate off-site activities and maintain the integrity of Hope Media Group’s presence at all community events, station activities and Hope Events concerts
Demonstrated Faith:
Pray for coworkers in team meetings
Lead prayer in group settings as needed
Pray for donors when called upon to do so
Use Christian principles to work through conflict as outlined by the Culture tool kit
Participate in Support Drives and pray for donors over the phone as needed
Attend weekly Staff Gatherings for prayer and devotions

Requirements
Education:
High School Diploma
Experience:
1-to-2-year promotions experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Creative and enthusiastic, team player
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Effective writing skills and excellent grammatical usage and style
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Wrike, Access and Google tool applications
Radio industry experience preferred
Must be able to drive station vehicles including large trucks.
Available to work flexible hours and weekends
Detail oriented with strong ability to maintain brand standards
Exceptional planning and multi-tasking skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work successfully across multiple departments
Strong negotiation skills
Community and industry contacts, a plus
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Must be comfortable praying in front of and for small and large groups
Heart for Christian ministry
Strong moral character
Has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Spiritually grounded and working knowledge of scripture
Must be an active member of a Bible believing local church
