The role will include but not be limited to:

• Create, coordinate, and execute station promotions and events
• Work closely with sales and programming teams to ensure promotional campaigns align with station goals and client needs.
• Manage event logistics, including scheduling, vendor communication, and onsite setup/teardown.
• Represent K92 at events as a station ambassador, engaging with listeners and clients.
• Manage station social media accounts during events, creating engaging content in real time.
• Track and report the success of promotions and events, including listener participation and client feedback.
• Assist with creating on-air promotional content, such as live reads and contest scripts.
• Create events involving other Wheeler Media stations

What We’re Looking For:

• An experienced promotions & event coordinator with a successful track record of monetizing events and promotions
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creativity to dream up unique, buzz-worthy ideas that resonate with people 18-49 years old.
• Ability to lift and transport promotional materials and equipment (up to 30 lbs).
• Comfortable with public speaking and engaging with diverse crowds.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok) and basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.).
• A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle—this role involves traveling to events.
• Prior experience in promotions, event planning or media.
