What You’ll Do:
- You’ll be responsible to overseeing AC WYKZ-FM and WTKS-AM as Program Director and you’ll will be doing an on-air shift for WYKZ, client endorsements and community events for both of your stations.
- Collaborate and direct our live morning News Talk program.
- Act as liaison with our news and weather TV partner.
- Partner with our Promotions sales departments to help create revenue opportunities.
- Carry forth company programming initiatives.
- Attend regularly scheduled format appropriate meetings.
- Attend weekly cluster promotions meetings.
- Report directly to Senior VP of Programming.
What You’ll Need:
- Prior AC radio experience as a Program Director, Asst. PD or Music Director.
- Experience in doing an air shift.
- A creative mind.
- Ability to collaborate with our sales team, Promotions Director and our SVPP.
- Knowledge of NexGen and Sound + operating systems.
- A can-do personality.
- Knowledge of the AC format.
