This person will work with the traffic department to ensure deadlines are met and paperwork is accurate. You will work with sales executives to get the best creative on the air and within set deadlines. You will work with voice talent to ensure a high standard of VO work and production, many times overseeing and coaching that voice work that you will produce to the finished product. You collaborate with our clients in studio on copywriting and coach them on voice work to get the best product possible. You will also work with Advertising Agencies as a recording studio resource including potential ISDN Sessions for clients nationwide.

You’ll have access to Adobe Audition, Zetta Automation and ample production resources will be at your disposal. You’ll have access to voice talent within the market and within our company to help you create a finished product that compliments your creative genius. You’ll be working in a high performing and market leading media environment. Your primary focus will be to serve our commercial clients and oversee audio production, and if you have digital video skills, that would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales executives to get the best creative on the air and within set deadlines
• Work with voice talent to ensure a high standard of VO work and production, many times overseeing and coaching that voice work that you will produce to the finished product
• Will collaborate with our clients in-studio on copywriting and coach them on voice work to get the best product possible
• Manage all commercial audio for terrestrial and online broadcast in partnership with the traffic & continuity team
• Work with programming on various audio uploading (commercials, music, promotional announcements, etc.)
• Manage and organize client audio, airchecks, etc. and be responsive toe local and corporate sales teams for audio requests
• Other various programming duties as may be assigned to you from time to time
• Also, work with Advertising Agencies as a recording studio resource including, potential ISDN Sessions for clients nationwide

Qualifications 

• Digital video skills, not required but is a plus
• Expert audio production and editing skills
• Ability to navigate Zetta/Nexgen (Audition, Vegas, and/or Protools)
• Copy Writing experience
• Radio experience isn’t required, but a plus
• WideOrbit experience isn’t required but preferred
