The Producer organizes, conceptualizes, and develops topics, features, and guests that represents the lifestyle and interests of the show’s listeners. They also partner with the show’s host, the programming team, and others to create engaging content, increase listenership, and enhance listener’s satisfaction and passion. The producer is responsible for the daily/weekly technical operation of the show.

• Show Execution: Manage the content creation, listener engagement, and production elements.
• Content Research and Creation: Research trending topics and prepare content for various platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the host and programming team to develop engaging content and increase listenership.
• Guest Coordination: Schedule and pre-interview guests for on-air and digital platforms.
• Brand Management: Grow the show’s brand through strategic content creation and social media engagement.
• Revenue Opportunities: Identify and maximize revenue opportunities through content and advertising integration.
• Technical Operations: Maintain master audio archives and ensure smooth technical operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of three years in audio, radio, or video production.
• Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for a bachelor’s degree.
• Skills: Proficiency in audit editing and social media platforms. Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of country music, pop culture, and FCC regulations.
• Flexibility: Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
