Responsibilities

Supervise local, and syndicated talk & sports format programming

Oversee and manage in-house sales

Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives

Troubleshoot technical issues with automation systems

Qualifications

Prior Management and Radio Sales Experience

Prefer background in Talk & Sports radio format

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

On-air or studio experience
