Key Responsibilities:

• Host live radio shows, engaging our dedicated audience with your personality and knowledge of Texas/Red Dirt/Americana music.

• Create compelling audio and digital content that resonates with our listeners and reflects North Texas culture and western lifestyle.

• Represent 95.9 The Ranch at public events, promotions, live remotes, and on-location broadcasts.

• Perform stage intros and voice commercials with professionalism and flair.

• Contribute to our social media platforms, engaging our fans and expanding our 200,000+ online community

• Work collaboratively with teammates in the station to deliver top-notch content and experiences for our listeners.

Qualifications:

• Proven on-air experience.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people both on-air and in public settings.

• An understanding and love for Texas/Red Dirt/Americana music and Texas culture.

• Technical digital skills are a huge plus.

• Ability to create engaging audio and digital content.

• Comfortable with public speaking, promotions, and live event hosting.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
