The Spencer Media Group consists of 4 stations (KICD-FM BIG Country; KICD-AM News-Talk; KMRR-FM MORE 104.9; and PURE Oldies 98.3/98.5) reaching a coverage area of over 15 counties. JOB DUTIES/DESCRIPTION:

1. Co-Host Morning show 6am-10am Monday-Friday with dynamic creativity and compelling content.
2. Required to work a weekend shift (every third weekend rotation).
3. Connect with listeners via phones, social, web and on-site events.
4. Daily social media & website generation.
5. Voice and produce commercials as assigned.
6. LIVE broadcasts and station appearances, whether paid or unpaid.
7. Voicetracking or fill-in on any of our 4 stations as needed.
8. Assist sales team with Radio Auction and copywriting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Must reside in Spencer (or surrounding area).
2. Engaging and charismatic on-air voice/personality.
3. General Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Audition, Wide Orbit Automation, Word Press.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication and editing skills; proficient in grammar.
5. Can work well in a team environment. Able to understand and take direction.
