Key responsibilities include generating new revenue sources and ensuring compliance with broadcasting laws and industry regulations. We’re looking for someone with strong sales, leadership and organizational skills, along with a thorough understanding of the radio industry and its evolving landscape.

In addition to managerial duties, the role requires finding new customers, familiarity with the technical aspects of broadcasting, including audio production, equipment operations, and FCC rules and regulations.
