What You’ll Do:
- Lead overall revenue strategy and performance across assigned markets, with a strong focus on new business development and sustainable growth across broadcast, digital, podcasting, and live event platforms.
- Build, coach, and inspire high performing teams, ensuring a strong leadership bench and a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top sales and programming talent, ensuring teams have the skills, pace, and mindset required to drive results.
- Develop and execute market level business plans aligned with regional and corporate priorities, with clear KPIs and performance expectations.
- Partner closely with Sales, Programming, and Marketing leadership to strengthen brand positioning, audience engagement, and client outcomes.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and community stakeholders to expand market opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and performance data to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and accelerate growth.
- Oversee financial management, including forecasting, budgeting, and expense control, ensuring disciplined business operations.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company policies, FCC regulations, and industry standards.
- Represent iHeartMedia in the community as a visible ambassador for the company’s brands, values, and initiatives.
- Drive cross market collaboration to maximize resources, share best practices, and elevate performance across the region.
What You’ll Need:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including managing and developing large, multi‑market or multi‑unit teams.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, cultivating new business, and leading teams to exceed performance goals.
- Strong understanding of audio, digital, and integrated marketing solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and develop high performing talent.
- Exceptional strategic planning, financial management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, agencies, and community partners.
- Skilled at leading through change, fostering a high performance culture, and setting a strong pace for execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive level‑ presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, matrixed environment with competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
