Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

What You’ll Do

 

• Champion Onboarding: Gather all necessary client access (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.), set clear expectations, and guide clients through a seamless campaign launch.
• Build Client Partnerships: Serve as the main point of contact—communicating weekly via email, phone, or video—to build trust through reliability and responsiveness.
• Monitor & Report: Review performance reports, track KPIs, and collaborate with Paid Media Specialists to optimize campaigns in real time.
• Drive Retention & Growth: Proactively flag and solve issues before they escalate, keep clients informed, and recommend additional services to deepen relationships.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Share client insights with our creative, analytics, and operations teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
• Lead Optimization Calls: Schedule and lead regular check‑ins to review results, align on next steps, and uncover new opportunities.

What You’ll Need

 

• 2+ years in account management or client services within a digital marketing environment
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other ad‑tech platforms
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
• Strong analytical ability to interpret performance data and translate it into client‑friendly insights
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines
• A collaborative spirit and keen attention to detail
