Your Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations for WHTF, WQTL, WWOF, and WXTY
• Manage music logs, clocks, imaging, and station automation
• Lead on-air and production staff
• Maintain brand standards across formats
• Coordinate with sales and promotions teams
• Monitor logs and FCC compliance
• Solve issues with engineering and IT
• Track performance using Nielsen, streaming, and digital tools
• Represent the stations in the community

Your Skills and Experience

• 5+ years in radio operations or programming
• Strong with NexGen, MusicMaster, and Adobe Audition
• Experience managing multiple stations or formats
• Proven leadership with on-air teams
• Attention to detail and scheduling
• Direct, organized communicator
• Based in or willing to relocate to Tallahassee
