Essential Functions:

Oversee operations of the NABLF, tracking board member onboarding and administrative communications. Prepare NABLF Board meeting materials. Answer all internal and external requests in a timely manner.

Provide administrative support to President including processing invoices, expenses and budget tracking, meeting scheduling, coordination of travel, PowerPoint support, process expense reports in Concur system, meeting room management and phone support when necessary.

Receive check and credit card payments and contributions to NABLF and ensure they are accurately coded and processed. Create and review budget reports, process and code invoices for the Bill system, prepare correspondence to acknowledge gifts, and ensure that all finance department forms and directives are followed.

Works closely with the President and talent consultant to draft compelling and accurate letters for potential leadership honorees and brainstorm high profile individuals to receive the award.

Fulfills several administrative duties associated with the Service to America Gala including but not limited to collection of sponsorship information and assistance with seating process.

Other duties include answering main NABLF phone line and email  ordering supplies, maintaining and organizing electronic files and various duties as assigned by the President.

Internal and External Relations:

Internal: Reports to NAB Leadership Foundation President.  Supports Foundation staff as needed.  Works extensively with various NAB departments, including Finance, Administrative Services, Mailroom. Serves as initial point of contact for NAB Leadership Foundation. Answers all internal requests in a timely and courteous manner.

External: Serves as initial point of contact for NAB Leadership Foundation.  Handles telephone and email inquiries and/or requests in a timely manner. Contact with NAB Leadership Foundation and NAB Board on board meetings.

Required Education and Experience:

1-3 years of related experience and/or training.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Access (or other database software).

Strong administrative skills.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a positive attitude.

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills.

Ability to travel domestically up to 5% of the time.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Previous CRM experience a plus.
