Key Responsibilities • Drive digital advertising and marketing sales to businesses across North Texas with a focus on measurable ROI • Lead, train, and support the radio sales team in digital product knowledge, client strategy, and campaign execution • Oversee the full digital sales process from client discovery and proposal development to campaign fulfillment and reporting • Collaborate on cross-platform campaigns that integrate traditional radio, live events, and advanced digital tools • Develop and deliver compelling digital sales presentations tailored to client goals • Stay informed on industry trends and implement new technologies and strategies that enhance the client experience What You Bring • Proven success in digital advertising sales, preferably in media, broadcast, or agency environments • Strong understanding of digital platforms including Targeted Display, Geo-Fencing, OTT/CTV, Video Pre-Roll, SEM, SEO, Paid Social, and more • Leadership and mentoring skills, with experience training or managing sales teams • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities • A creative approach to problem-solving and crafting custom marketing strategies • Strong familiarity with the North Texas business landscape and a passion for helping local businesses grow • A working knowledge of the radio industry and how it complements digital advertising Why Join Us?
