The Role

• Lead a team of Account Managers. You will communicate clear objectives, track performance, and coach your team to success.
• Review sales activity and identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide sales forecasts and build plans that lead your team to reach revenue targets.
• Hire and train new Account Managers when needed.
• You will also develop your own client relationships, identify their needs and present solutions to address those needs.
• Oversee local sales budgets in conjunction with the Regional Manager

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
