Position Title: Program Director
Stations: 101.5 K-Rock (Mainstream Rock) & Z96.3 (Top 40/CHR)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute programming strategy for both formats
Schedule music logs and manage clocks (gSelector and Wide Orbit experience preferred)
Coach, recruit, and develop on-air talent across both stations
Lead creative direction for imaging, promotions, and digital content
Monitor audience ratings, market trends, and digital engagement
Ensure FCC compliance and manage emergency alert system protocols
Requirements:

3+ years of programming or on-air experience (PD/MD preferred)
Proven experience working with multiple formats, especially rock and CHR
Strong knowledge of radio automation and music scheduling software
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with digital platforms, streaming, and social media strategy
