What You’ll Do:

  • Prepares correspondence, reports, and other administrative tasks
  • Schedules meetings, maintains calendars, coordinates travel arrangements and processes expenses on behalf of key execs
  • Assist with managing, tracking and compiling artist assets secured for Programming initiatives, tentpole events and Sales initiatives
  • Manages artist programs
  • Assists with local production oversight for national content captures, acting as the first point of contact for all visiting. Brief talent on concepts upon arrival
  • Develops efficient systems to track and regularly update information and asset databases
  • Provides detailed recaps for labels following execution of artist programs
  • Develop pitch and recap decks, including valuations and artist profiles for iHeart programming and sales initiatives
  • Assists with the production and execution of annual music summits
  • Keeping aware of short and long-term roadmaps on new releases, tours, etc, and using that awareness to identify and secure talent for iHeartMedia performances, client programs and other initiatives
  • Assists with prepping weekly updates on behalf of National Programming team
  • Take notes on key calls & meetings
  • Represent iHeartRadio at local shows and artist showcases
  • Handles confidential matters with trustworthiness; ensures interactions and transactions are ethical and convey integrity
  • Anticipates and interprets the needs of management staff without direction
  • Assists at local and national iHeart events                                                                            

What You’ll Need:

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills a must
  • Remarkable attention to detail and a flare for follow-through
  • A flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends/additional hours as needed/etc. based on shifting work and event schedules
  • Excellent time/project management skills; ability to multi-task
  • Great people skills and a positive attitude are a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, social media platforms and search tools
  • Graphic design skills and ability to use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop a plus
  • Trustworthy when dealing with confidential and private matters
  • Proven ability to set standard of performance excellence for self, assumes responsibility & accountability for assignments or tasks, goes beyond what is expected
  • Composure when faced with shifts in priorities and/or tasks
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent grasp of grammar; actively listens; clearly and effectively conveys information; uses professional telephone skills
  • High degree of collaboration with all levels in the organization
  • Can work independently without close supervision
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
  • Time management: uses appropriate tools to manage time; focuses on urgent and important tasks; shows strong attention to detail; meets deadlines
  • Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
  • 1-3 years’ experience as Executive Assistant or Coordinator
  • Media experience preferred
  •  4-year college degree preferred

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.

$23.08 – $28.85
