As GM based in Juneau and overseeing our Juneau, Sitka and Ketchikan stations and staff you will have loads of autonomy and be supported by the Group President and Senior Executive team to create engaging and dynamic radio. You will be responsible for ensuring the station’s strategic objectives are achieved through strong local communication, effective tactical planning/execution and community integration that makes you stand out. Managing a personal list of clients and our sales teams is an important part of the role.

Juneau is stunningly beautiful. These Alaskan communities are some of the world’s most beautiful locations. Yes, winter is cold, but when a sun – drenched day occurs and the sun doesn’t set until very late or at all you will believe you live in paradise.

Salary is negotiable and will include a significant base and performance linked over riders and commission, commensurate with your experience and ability.
